Noni
I have installed v1.4.5.1 and starting to configure but I've noticed that the WYSIWYG toolbar options are missing above each description box. I have a second instance of prestashop installed running v 1.4.4.0 (on a different server) and there are no problems with this. To my knowledge I have configured both the same in the backoffice. Please can someone help on this one - printscreens attached - wysiwyg missing.doc Thanks Noni
phrasespot
printscreens attached That is a blank file and don't attach a Word document to the post to show an image. The download count should give you a hint. 1) Not everyone wants to (or has) $$$ to pay Microsoft 2) Someone could upload a malicious doc which compromises one's computer when opened 3) It is like taking your fridge to office to carry your lunch There are several freely available screen capture software, use one and attach the images directly to the post

phrasespot
looks like required files are not loading, maybe missing on the server maybe due to another reason. you can check to see if this is the case with by checking the requests and responses between your browser and the server. Firefox with firebug, or IE/Chrome with developer tools would do. If you're not too sure about that last sentence, create a limited employee login for the back office and PM me the credentials. Noni
After questioniing the code and finding no solution I turned to our web host. Turns out their configure did not support Java Script which is why I could not see the WYSIWYG toolbar. The web host did not have an upgrade path so I changed hosts. After migrating to a host that supports Java Script I have been able to use the toolbar.
