Error upgrade to v. 1.4

Hi,

 

Yesterday, I tried to upgrade my prestashop v. 1.1.0.5 to the last version and I couldn't. When i was installing the new version, following the official guide step by step, an error message appeared:

 

Error during install/upgrade: 500 Internal Server Error Internal Server Error The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request. Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

 

You may have to:

 

1. Fix the error(s) displayed.

2. Put your database backup

3. Modify the file settings.inc.php to put the old version for the line with _PS_VERSION_.

 

Restart the upgrade process from the begining.

 

 

 

Does anybody know what can I do to upgrade to 1.4 correctly? I don´t know how to fix that error....
