xioup
Our site is displaying a strange, unknown image for products that do not have images: This appears to be a rhinoceros icon from a free set of animal icons available online (see here: rhino-icon.png). The site we're working on is in English, only - no secondary languages at this time. The image at /img/p/en.jpg is the standard "No image available" image. I've also checked the de, fr, es and it images, and they're all correct. I'm at a loss as to where this rhinocerous icon came from. 1. Has anyone else seen this icon show up in place of the standard "No image available" image in their shop? 2. Does anyone know how to fix this? 3. Can someone point me to the code that handles image-generation and sets the "No image available" image for products that do not have images in PrestaShop? Thanks, Kurt
gkontos
Hi Kurt, This could be a bad configuration from your host. But it could also be a malicious injected code. If you could provide the url of your site I could assist you better. Please feel free to contact me via a PM or over our website so that we can investigate further this issue. Mike Kranzler
Hi Kurt, This is likely an issue with your FTP application, so please change your password(s) and that should hopefully resolve it for you. I hope this helps. -Mike
jhnstcks
Have you tried viewing the site with different browsers? Are you using Firefox by chance as I know of a couple of people having problems with Firefox displaying weird images.
