[solved] prestashop admin login problem

Recommended Posts

Using prestashop 1.4.5.1

Hi anyone experience problems with login?

I can login successfully only after a few attempts. Then when i click on a link on the admin homepage e.g. Tools, i get logout again :-(

I still have configuration issues such as

1) browser cache and compression

2)Combine, compress & cache

Help~~~

Hi davis.raye, Have you tried to clear your browser cache&cookies ? Have you also tried to login on another computer? Same results?

Hi Carl,

Yes, I have tried to clear the browser cache, cookies and tried the solution on another computer but in vain. Any other suggestion?

Good news :).

Yesterday, i was trying it at home on a windows 7 machine.

Right now in office, i'm using a windows xp. The old problem surfaces again.

When i login to the admin page, i can only login successfully after several attempts and all the menu options get squashed. See attached image.presta-squash.gif
