Installation Timed Out

Everything was going swimingly and just when I clicked on the Next Button on the Shop Configuration Page, it timed out, and the screen just flashed and nothing else happened.

 

I tried to load the installation page again, but my only choice was to start all over and configure another Shop.

 

I read somewhere about deleting the installation folder and renaming the admin folder, but when I tried logging in it said no such user because I never got that far to Register an Admin user so it didn't recognize my email address or password.

 

What can I do? If I go to the root directory, everything is there, but I can't get into the back end and configure my store.

 

Please, any help would be so appreciated.
