Dave L
jemlim, It's seems that you haven't really done any configuration to your shipping set up at all. If there are no price or weight ranges set up then prestashop wouldn't know how much shipping to apply to which zone. The shipping aspects of prestashop is poorly documented, however, there is a lot of helpful information on this forum to help you figure it all out. Shipping is all about zones. The country/s that you wish to ship to need to be assigned to a zone. Then you need to configure a Carrier and also assign it to a zone or zones. You need to decide if your shipping is going to be based on price or weight (not both), then you can configure your weight or price ranges. Once this is complete you can assign a cost of shipping the weight or price to each zone. My advice at this stage would to do some reading on the shipping aspects of prestashop and try to get a basic understanding for it. Do a search on some of my posts, I have covered setting up shipping extensively on the forum. I am sure this will help you a lot. Once you have done this you will be better placed to ask more specific and meaningful questions. Good luck.
airmax360fr
may be try this solution. step 1:back office->[shipping]->[prices ranges]-> select [add new] select your carrier(ex: xyz) give some value in from and to range then save step 2: backoffice->[shipping] under [fees] select your carries(ex: xyz) if all the zone values are 0.00 then put some value(ex:2.00). save this settings step 3: shipping->carrier-> select your carrier(ex: xyz) then save it. step last: try to check out in Front office.
