Firstly, the shipping is either weight based or price based, not both. So your price ranges will not be included in any shipping process if you have the shipping set to According to total weight. You can therefore delete the price ranges you have set up which may help any confusion later on.

Secondly your weight ranges are incorrectly set up. The weight ranges are inclusive/exclusive which basically means from value 1 up to and including value 2, from but excluding value 2, up to and including value 3 etc.

In your shipping you should set the ranges up like this:

0kg - .1kg

.1kg - .25kg

.25kg - .5kg

.5kg - .75kg

Regarding the zone error, make sure each of the carriers is assigned to the correct zone. Additionally, check that your Country 'United Kingdom' is assigned to your zone 'United Kingdom'.

Also consider the carriers Out of Range Behaviour. The error message 'There are no carriers available that deliver to this address' will occur if the total weight of a purchase (multiple products for example) exceeds any of your weight ranges.

Other than that you shouldn't have any issues with your configuration.
