robertomagan
Hi all: I'm making a online shop using velvet sky template. I think the following behaviour doesn't normal and maybe is a bug. In the third step in the order process sequence, when the customer can select the delivery address or biling address or create a new address, this error is showing when the customer click on the checkbox or change any options in combo box to change the billing or delivery addres: TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to save adresses Details: Error thrown: [object XMLHttpRequest] Text status: parsererror You can see this error on attached file. Althought the error appears, the funcionality works fine. I saying that the information is refreshing when the customer choice an option an the order addresses are saved succesfully. How I can delete this error popup message or to fix the error? Is anybody gets some similar errors? I testing this behavior on prestashop default template, and the error doesn't appears!!! I think that the error is produced by velvetSky theme, but I don't know how to fix it. Thanks for all. Regards, Roberto.

robertomagan
Hi Mike: Thanks for your help. I turned off canonical URLs from backoffice, and the error has gone! Please, can you explain me what are the canonical URLs? Thansks a lot! Regards, Roberto.
Mike Kranzler
Hi Roberto, I'm glad I could help you! Basically, canonical URLs are an SEO-focused feature that help search engines properly index your site for the best and most accurate results. Since I'm not an SEO expert, I'll let Google take it away from here. I'll go ahead and mark this as solved for you. -Mike
