Slideshow lite - url target?

Hi I have got slideshow lite running on my site with no problems.

 

The only issue is that all of the banners - when clicked - open the link in a new window! Can't understand how this can be the default configuration :/

 

Does anyone know how to change it? There's nowhere to change it in the admin section.

On the contrary, OP of that post too is having a problem with a third party module, which someone who had intention to help with the issue may have access or not.

The person in that post is referring to the module slideric - not slideshow lite and the problem he is enquiring about has no relation whatsoever to my original request.

To anyone else having the same issues:

 

You have to edit the jquery.slideshow.lite.js file in the js directory of the module.

Remove the line which adds the target attribute to each image.
