Way to customize price depending on how many items selected?

Is there a way I could have a base price, offer different combinations (like you would offer color or size variation) choosing each one would result in adding to the base price?

 

Can I do that in the back office 'combinations' or is there a module for it.

 

Clarification:

 

base price $50

option1 has: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

option 2:1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9

option 3:a b c d e f g h i j k l m

option 4:a b c d e f g h i j k l m

 

Each number and letter would be a different price and the total would be

base + option1 (choose 5) + option2 (choose 2) + option3 (choose e) + option4 (choose j)
