MissBlythe
Hi all! I'm new to this forum so here's my first question (probably very basic): How can we make the subcategories appear (in the vertical menu) under the selected category? Like this: Category A - SubCategory A.1 - SubCategory A.2 - SubCategory A.3 - SubCategory A.1 Category B Category C Thanks! - Patricia C.

Peter Wilson
How can we make the subcategories appear (in the vertical menu) under the selected category? [...] Thanks! - Patricia C. Hi Patricia, Belated welcome to the PrestaShop Forum Did the new default theme for v1.0 provide you with the solution you were seeking?
Rain3r
I would find it highly useful if the category block allows setting something like "sections/departements" displayed for example in the header. It should be enough before "multiple shops feature" comes. I mean something like that: Electronics (section) --> Cameras (category) --> TV sets (category) -----> LCD (sub-category) Sports equipment (section) -->Golf (category) -----> Irons (sub-category) -----> Woods (sub-category) --> Tennis (category)
Pursuant
Why not just -Category A (Section) ---Category A.1 (Category) ------Category A.1.a (Category) ---------Product 1 ---------Product 2 ---------Product 3 ------Category A.1.b (Category) ---------Product 1 ---------Product 2 -Category B (Section) ---Category B.1 (Category) ------Category B.1.a --------Products
Rain3r
That solution is possible, but I want to display only section menu in the header and after selection of some particular secion to display only categories under this section in standard category menu.
