Database Issues

I am with PowWeb and they sent me this email today:

 

I have found that the database "prestastore" is affecting our MySQL server performance. The table "pss_connections_page" contains the maximum number of rows which looks like spamming. Please make sure to clear off the junk contents from the database which are not the contents of the website to avoid suspension of the website.

 

Recently, we observed few database that grew in size due to abuse/spam. Hence, we wanted to make sure your database is not a

victim of such spam/abuse. And, wanted you to check your database to make sure there is no abuse/spam data in it. Powweb does not impose any limit on the size of database. But, if our performance monitoring system reports database that is GBs in size and queries take time to execute causing performance issue with the server, we send this TOS violation notice.

Table Name : pss_connections_page : 1,217,677 Records

Can anyone tell me what I can do to fix this please as they are threatening to suspend my account due to this?
