Hi All,

I have a problem when ever I add a product, whenever i save and stay or go to edit a product only the info tab shows and it stops loading at the "Default category:" label, i understand they the images tab will not load as this comes after the info tab but it is driving me crazy :(

Thanks for any help in advance

Hi Robbie,

I will speak with a member of our support team to see what he suggests, but usually the best option in this situation would be to speak over the phone before providing this information. If you're interested, I think you can potentially call him over Skype if that is a better option for you. Just let me know

Hi Mikas,

Based on our conversations with Robbie yesterday evening, it is likely that there is a configuration error causing this issue. In this sort of situation, it will be significantly faster and easier to just do a clean reinstall than to try to debug and find the specific error for you.

I hope this helps.
