Need help with translations in blockuserinfo

Hi, first post here.

 

I have a problem with the blockuserinfo of Prestashop_alt template.

The block always says "sign in" no matter which language I put the site, I think the block referres to default block for translation (italian in my case).

 

What is even more difficult to understand is that if I modify the .tpl file in theme's module directory, nothing changes, neither if I change the .css present in theme's directory.

 

I'm askin because I have almost set up everything, changin stuff here and there but I can't figure out this one.

Edit: Same goes for footer, with the default footer present in theme no translations when i change language. They seems to be hard coded in footer.tpl.
