idoityourself
Hi Ive just come across a problem with my shop, a couple of customers said they couldn't make a purchase and were getting the "you already have the maximum quantity available for this product" error I thought it was a character limited but its not, I've tried some different wording and it took loads. Its very odd but it seems to be something to do with the use of apostrophes!! If I try to supply 400 + characters its fine. BUT if its just - Mr O'Mally at one o'clock - it wont take it. It wont take - Mr O'Mally at one But it will take 230 characters with an o'clock in there ??? very confused

idoityourself
Its in the personalisation, so any item in the shop like this one http://idoityourself.com.au/shop/guest-book-alternatives/13-classic-fingerprint-guest-book-tree-printable-file.html Apostrophes in the wording textbox bring up the error message "you already have the maximum quantity available for this product" I found this online http://www.codefixer.com/tutorials/apostrophe.asp but I dont understand it
phrasespot
Apostrophes in the wording textbox bring up the error message "you already have the maximum quantity available for this product" The problem is with the plugin you are using. Contact its developer I found this online http://www.codefixer.../apostrophe.asp but I dont understand it No need to, the developer of the plugin will know what to do.
