jeepsterdk
Hi I use ver 1.4.4.1 I installed the 1.5 theme, but I have a problem with the right column moving to main, when the customer is at the product page. Actually, the entire right column below the product description. See it in this link: http://www.jeepster.dk/product.php?id_product=20343 Where/how can I correct this? Fooled around in the css, but can not find the place to edit
Mike Kranzler
Hi jeepster, The 1.5 theme is only compatible with version 1.4.5 right now. If you would like to use this theme, you will need to upgrade your shop to the latest version. I hope this helps. -Mike
jeepsterdk
Hi Mike I can not upgrade. I followed your guide, but I have selected "upgrade" in the tools menu, it says:Your current configuration does not allow upgrade. What to do then? Mike Kranzler
Hi jeepster, It looks like you now have the "Upgrade PrestaShop now!" button available. Have you tried clicking that? Additionally, please try to use our attachment system under "More Reply Options" to attach images going forward, inline images can be a little rough on our eyes . -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Hi jeepster, Unfortunately, the specific developer who created this module is out today, so I wasn't able to speak with him. I've already reached out to him via email though, and will be speaking with him further about this tomorrow. -Mike

Mike Kranzler
Hi jeepster, I spoke with him, and he is looking into this for you. He thinks it is likely a server configuration issue, and may PM you asking for your Back Office and FTP credentials so that he can go in and try to resolve this for you. Alternatively though, you can do a manual upgrade because the AutoUpgrade module is still experimental and may not work in some situations. -Mike
