No VAT as default

Hi!

 

I'm running a Swedish webshop targeting the Scandinvanian market hence the costumer can choose between Swedish, Danish and Norweigan. As Norway is outside of the EU we do not charge them VAT, however the VAT will be included until the costumer has registered the delivery address. Is it somewhat possible to config prestashop so it the costumer choose Norway, no VAT will be included in price, but it the costumer choose Danish or Swedish it will?

 

I understand it has no practical impact when checked out but might be confusing for the costumer.
