Need help with catagories

I use gator host and they were working on correcting another website for me. After they finished I found that my categories on the left side of front page does not show any longer. I attempted to use two other themes before this and the categories were never visible so I went back to the original one and it was there until tech worked on it. Also it seems my pay pal and Google do not work on my computer but my daughter at her house says it does on hers?????

Also check out was not working on mine for the shopping cart add to. :bug:

Any ideas how to get the categories back on front page. I have searched all over in the back office with no results.

hey mate

i just had the same problem! With prestashop theme the categories are displayed, with other themes aren't!!! Weird!

Anyone can help please?

There is a problem some where. A bug lurks in the dark corners of Prestashop and needs to be squashed. I spoke with tech at gator host and they recommend backing up prestashop in the back office and possibly in the cpanel and download prestashop again and overwrite it all. Any one else agree with this assessment and procedure.

You sure don't want to see a grown man cry after all the work installing products placed and with paid advertising on the horizon.

Any body else at home????
