Can't install Matrice

I was trying to install Matrice with the hopes to edit it and make it something I'd like to use. But I cannot install it to save my life.

 

I'm using 1.4.4.1 and cannot install it. I keep getting the warning regarding moneybrokers and not having a good email registered. I don't use moneybrokers and don't intend to. Is there a way around that? I disabled moneybrokers, but now I try to install but not seeing it in my themes menu.

 

Just so you know, I'm trying to use the theme installer.

 

Am I doing something wrong? I've spent a few hours on this and I'm about to jump to another platform. I like prestashop, but if it's not as simple as wordpress, why bother?

 

Im sure some of you are savvy enough to put me in the right direction.
