Help with USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping

Hi All,

I use USPS Priority Flat Rate Shipping for all my items (I only have about 20 as of now). I have assigned each items it's own Priority Flat Rate box size in the USPS Module according to it's size. The shipping keeps coming up at $10.95 no matter which item I add to the cart and which size it is. That's wrong. I am also not sure what the difference is between Priority Flat Rate Commercial Rate and Regular Rate. There is also the option of selecting two different Priority Mail options in the Shipping->Carriers tab. I am ready to go live as soon as I get this fixed. Can anybody help?
