beadingstation
Hi all, I'm new to prestashop, trying to get my webstore running. Everything is already set up, except a weird problem with setting up my shipping methods. This is what I've done: 1) I only use USPS, charging flat rate $3.95 for First Class mail, and $5.95 for Priority mail, no additional handling fee. Shipping based on weight. 2) I created 2 new carriers, "First Class", " Priority" 3) Add new under weight ranges, First Class from 0.1 oz to 12 oz, Priority from 12 oz to 36 oz 4) Back to shipping page, under "fees by carrier, geographical zone, and ranges", select "First Class" and set price to $3.95, save, then select " Priority", set to $5.95, save I think that would finish my carriers and fees configuration, and went to font store to do a test. I was using Prestashop 1.4.3 I added an item, weighted 3 oz and check out, shopping cart showing shipping fee $3.95, good. However, under shipping step, carriers showed both options, "First Class" and "Priority", and both were $3.95! Then I added more items, weighted 20 oz, shopping cart showing correctly shipping fee $5.95, but under shipping step, carriers option showed both of them again, and both changed to $5.95! I tried deleting and recreating the carriers, but it didn't help. Then I deleted the whole site and installed the latest 1.4.5.1. another problem came. No matter what weight ranges I set, all the carriers showed up at shipping step, all the time. Did I miss something in configuration? Anybody can help me work it out? Thanks in advance! beadingstation
Could anybody help on it? I'm really getting frustrated with manually configuring shipping options. It looks correct in the backoffice, but front store shows up incorrectly.
