Error 1 - The file is too large.

Hi,

 

I am new to Presta shop, recently i have applied theme, after that i was unable to update any product image, when i tried updating old or create new product image it shows the error - "The file is too large."

 

The image size was 9Kb, i tried updating different size ranging from 5 Kb to 100 kb but the same error.

 

Please help.

What version of prestashop?

First revert to default theme and try again. Do you still get the error?

 

when i tried updating old or create new product image it shows the error - "The file is too large."

If you still have problems after reverting, check the php.ini for the setting upload_max_filesize, though unlikely to be the issue if you have been able to upload w/o problems previously.
