Trusted shops module doesn't display and right column dissapears

Hi guys.

 

When I enable the module and fill in all the relevant data including the key. The widget doesn't display in my shop, and the right side column and footer vanish entirely. Any idea what is causing this?

 

I'm running latest stable version of PS with the new default theme.

no idea really but did you setup or configure the widget in your trusted shops account? you can select width e.g., maybe it somwhow interferes with your template

As far as I can tell there's no option to set width at all, I just installed it via the module. The only block I have with a custom width is a face book module, but I've tried disabling that and it makes no difference.

 

I do have a store logo which is 980px wide. Not sure if that's messing things up but it works with everything else.

I also replaced the logo with the default prestashop logo and still no change, so It's not that

Should I just put it down to a minor bug? I know the new template is still not finished.
