seattle
Loving the new theme and can't wait to put it live, however i have a couple of questions. Is it possible to remove the sub text so that our products are displayed with the picture, title, price and view link only? Eg when you click into a category, new product list or recently viewed list, you get a clean image without any of the short description text showing Can we put a border around the page like this website? http://www.equikro.c...17-product-4064 I can change the background in the global css but that's about as far as my coding skills go. Hope i'm making sense and thanks in advance for your help,
Mike Kranzler
Hi seattle, Are you looking for your product pages to look like this? -Mike
seattle
Hi Mike, thanks for the quick reply. No, I like the way the product pages are set out. It is the category pages that we are trying to simplify. This is a link to what we are trying to achieve. http://www.equikro.com/stable-rugs-list-3-prodlist-24 We would like the products displayed in the categories to have just the title, picture, price and view link. Mike Kranzler
Ahhh I think I hopefully get it now... so you're looking for this sort of category page? -Mike
seattle
Yes, but is it possible to condense this even further so that we could have 3 products across one line instead of one product per line as it is at the moment? The way it is set out seems to take up a large amount of space. As some of our categories have over 50 products our web pages are very long and we don't want to split them onto separate pages as we find customers don't click onto the 2nd or 3rd page. Really appreciate your help!
Mike Kranzler
Hi seattle, That can't be done currently with the default template, although if you have programming experience you can very likely set it up like this for yourself. And as for the text, all I did was delete the "short description" section of each product as well as the category description. -Mike
