Few blocklayered related questions

I have some questions about the blocklayered module, I couldn't find answers to:

 

1. How to sort the options in alphabetical order?

 

I have a shop for laptop computers and the majority of filters are with gradually ascending (2GB, 3GB, 4GB, 6GB, 8GB) values, but in the filter block they are displayed in random order, which is rather confusing.

 

2. How to make the price filter to display prices with taxes?

 

In my test installation the prices in the range slider are being displayed with VAT, but on the official store they are just the base. The files between the two are identical and I can't figure it out.

 

3. How to display all results in one page?

 

I would like to be able to display all results to a filter search in one page. This was by default in previous version, but is not now.
