CMS Pages not showing correctly when updated

Hi,

 

I am hoping some one can help with this.

 

I am running prestashop on a server with whm/Cpanel when I update a cms page and save only a small amount of text is saved in the database the rest is missing, also the data that is saved has the ? symbol.

 

I do hope someone has come across this before i have been trying to fix it and searching the problem for over a week now.

What is converted to ? symbol? Is there a specific cut off point or is it random? The relevant DB column has a massive capacity so it is unlikely that it is a DB table limitation. Maybe PHP settings for max post size etc.
