payments tab in back office redirecting to blank screen

when we click the 'payments' tab in our back office it redirects us to a blank screen.

 

could someone please tell us which files this tab requires so we can check that they have uploaded correctly as we've had a few issues with ftp dropping files

If the necessary file to display the payment tab was missing, you would not be getting a blank page but the message "Tab file cannot be found". Therefore the problem you are having is not due to a missing file. Check your server error logs for clues as to the cause of blank page.

I am having the same problem. To reiterate, when I press on the "Payment" tab in Back Office it just directs to a black screen. The URL is probably correct but the is no data displayed on the page.

I checked the error logs but there was nothing relevant shown.

Without an error message, hard to say. If you want, create a limited employee account with access to payment tab and PM me the address and the credentials and I'll have a look.

I had same problem. It was cause i don't have any active modules in payments&gateways.

go on your modules list and delete the ones you are not using. You may be having a memory outage problem. You can try to access the payments page after every module delete.
