Shipping weight set to Grams for the USA & working. How would I set up International?

I have been running this shop for a couple years. The inventory is very small electronic items. The only way we could get the shipping close was to set the store to grams for the weight.

 

Now prestashop doesn't support grams it only supports pounds. No matter how we configured the store under pounds it just didn't work out.

 

Anyway we want to start shipping international and we have all these wonderful new shipping modules. Does anyone know if these new modules support or could support grams? It truly has been a pain setting up shipping for these very small items in grams.

 

Here is a snap of prestshop running grams thru the USPS zone program. As you can see this has really been a challenge for us.

 

I would love to here any ideas at all on how to pull off international shipping based on shipping an item that only weighs 1 gram. With the new USPS module or just configuring it manual like we have it setup now.

 

I got these prices a few years back from the USPS website but they did not have anything to follow so I could configure the rest of the world only the US.

This is not correct. You can adjust the localization from Back Office > Preferences > Localization and use the kg (instead of lb) as weight unit.
