MEDsclub
Hello ! I've just finish setting up Prestashop, in a sub-directory of my web hosting, and when I create a product and want to add 1 or 2 images, these images will show up in very small in the BO product image tab, but not in the FO product page. Hence in the product list, or in the product page or when zooming the product image, nothing appears (a rectangle with a red cross in it for the first two, and a error pop up 'the requested content couldn't be loaded, please retry again later' for the latter) I tried several things : -first using the new image system -then the old one -I tried to upload images in various sizes (around 350*300, 200*150, 700*600) My images are jpg. I keep up the example shop (lorem ipsum, ipods...) which works nearly perfectly (except 2 products with the same issueas all of mine). I've just added some categories and products. I'm stuck So some questions : -What's the solution ? -In what format shoul I upload the pics ? jpg, png... ? -What sizes should I use ? (SHould I respect the proportions of small, medium... which are all squares ? And... Thank you ! phrasespot
Product -> available_for_order = http://galeriesbijou...load/BD0008.JPG Here is your problem. You did not change the colum to product images but left as 'available_for_order'. Not totally your fault though. Almost all other columns align with the drop-downs correctly by default but this, and the columns following it, do not. Try again and this time make sure you select image URLs for the images column. Thank you very much PHRASESPOT! I changed the column, the image URLs correspond to addresses of photos, but problem is still there, and now i can upload 14 photos each time, i changed the php.ini and the code as upload_max_filesize = 60M memory_limit = 60M one of 1&1 technicians told me to put it in the root, but it doesn't work, I don't know what happened. I use prestashop 1.4.7 and filezilla. Maybe the best way for me is to quite my server, I have no time for the stupid limitation, i have 3000pcs photos.
