I see it on the Front Office. When I go to the category I created, it'll will go to the page with the subcategory but will give this error in replacement of the info. (SubCategor Title, Image etc.)

I had the same problem after playing around with the category database. It copied the prestashop/category.php from the functioning prestashop folder to the one that had this issue and it resolved the problem.

As it is not a live shop you will need a password and user name to get in. I have just set one up as test for username and test for password.

Hi,

There's no need to re-install the whole database. There's just one line to make sure is there.

In my case the problem was solved simply by making sure there was a default group in the table "ps_group". If the table is empty, add an entry (id=1, and select random dates). You may also want to make sure "ps_group_lang" has entries for this id.

Then go back to editing the category you want to display. In the settings, below simplified URL you will find "Groups" and be able to select the default group you just created. Save. Cross fingers. Test. Dance!
