agriffith Posted October 20, 2011 Share Posted October 20, 2011 I have a strange issue here. I imported some new products using the Import Tool. The page continues to load forever, and never gives me a confirmation that the products have been added. However, the products are showing up in the MySQL database, and if I manually go to the link for the product, they are there. In the Search tab of the back office, I see the total number of products available to index has gone up to the correct amount. But when I go to the catalog in the back office, the total number of products is the same as before I did the import. However, if I go to the last page of products, I see the new products that were added, complete with images and everything. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is there any way I can get these to show up on the site and the back office? I am running out of ideas here! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

agriffith Posted October 21, 2011 Author Share Posted October 21, 2011 I deleted the additional products, and the catalog in the back office is now displaying "1 Product in Category Home", but there are 970 products total and it is displaying the first 300 when I click to display 300 results per page.
