How do i install a new theme?

Dear all,

Would like to know how do we install a new theme for our prestashop?
I try to install the 'only girls' theme from http://www.prestathemes.com/freethemes.html.

once download, i upload the zip file into the my folder [Through FTP], unzip in the folder [note that i have create another folder inside theme folder.] Once done, i went to PS back office and manage to saw the latest theme.

BUT when i change to the theme and re-enter my website name, it's turn blank. What did i do wrong? can anyone here tell me or is there any step by step guide for me to follow when i wish to install new theme in it? Appreciate someone can help me out on this. thanks

perhaps this theme is not compatible with the PS version you use ?

hmmm why i didn't think of that?
As i just went to the website and notice that it's a V1.0 template. Hmm anyone here have anywhere to find nice V1.1 theme? espcasilly pink color?

i did download and try to install but couldn't...

Does anyone here able to install DARYLITA in V1.1? Appreciate someone can help me out on this.
I try to install other themes but couldn't..don know what's wrong with my server again..
i really hope someone can help me out? thanks
