Webservice: Article dissapears from search when updated

Hello all,

 

Situation:

I'm using webservice to update products, I've written some shellscriptps to do it so using CURL.

 

I'm updating only "quantity","active","price" and "wholesale_price" fields of a product, and it apparently works fine: when I go to the PShop admin panel, I can see the updated product with the new field values without any problem.

 

Problem:

Every updated product dissapears from the "search" on the public site. When a product gets updated using the webservice the public users can no longer search that product using the "search" field on the front page.

 

Any idea on what can be going wrong?
