tylrd23 Posted October 19, 2011 Share Posted October 19, 2011 just installed prestashop and the back office appears to be fulling working, however when trying to view the site the following error appears: "The page isn't redirecting properly Firefox has detected that the server is redirecting the request for this address in a way that will never complete. There are two things you can check to make sure that you can get this working properly. First of all, in your Back Office under Preferences > SEO & URLS, please check that "Shop Domain Name" is entered as "www.yoursite.com" instead of "http://www.yoursite.com." If that is already set and you still have this problem, please select "Yes" below under "Automatically Redirect to Canonical URL." We ended up setting "redirect to Canonical URL" to "No," and that fixed it for you. We are planning on taking a closer look at the root cause of this tomorrow, but your Front Office should be up and running now!
