Customer loyalty and rewards module not working

My module does not seem to work at all.

I enabled it with the fast check out and still after purchases my clients have no loyalty points in their profile.

Somebody has / had the same problem ?

Any help will be appreciated.

I am stumped. I posted the same question a few weeks ago and had no answer at all.

This time the same.

Is my question that unsolvable ?

I have let a answer in Forge at http://forge.prestashop.com/ as some bugs have been fixed. The problem is that the following message appears :
