[SOLVED] Editing Footer Links

I've tried editing blockcms.tpl in order to remove the 1st four links in the footer but no luck..

 

Here's the code, I'm hoping someone could tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Did you remember to to Force Compile after making changes to your .tpl file.

 

Without doing this you will not see any of the changes you made.
