aaguirri
Hello everyone and thanks in advance. I installed on my server recently prestashop store 1.4. The fact is that when I add thisproduct to my shopping not counted. This only happens to me in chrome and Firefoxon Macs too, but in explorer seems to work. You know it happens and how I can fix it? Roxfe
Hi aaguirri, I also have similar problem. With my cart, i can add one product only. It will be listed in the cart block (left column), but then when i click View Cart, it tells me it's empty (no product at all). Further, if i try to add one more product into the cart, it simply replaces the previous product. Have you found solution to your problem? I think it's not located in modules/blockcart because I have replaced this module with the original version several times and clear cache, but the problem still persists. Any thoughts are much appreciated
tdr170
Give a link to your site so we may have a look. Also go to .../config/ and edit config.inc.php, turn on error reporting line 29. @ini_set('display_errors', 'off'); change to @ini_set('display_errors', 'on'); Also are you using SSL. oompf2012
Hi guys, I have the same problem as Roxfe. I am using version 1.4.8.2 with the default theme. I can only add one item at a time and when viewing the cart it is empty. Unfortunately there are no error messages shown when config.inc debug is on.(no SSL) Roxfe have you been able to solve this problem? Any help would be highly appreciated. tdr170
Once again please post a link to the site so we can see what is going on. Thanks
oompf2012
Many thanks tdr170 for your quick reply. The site is not online yet, hence the link won't help. I just thought that someone who also experienced the problem, would have found a solution already. Hmm I guess I will have to set up a mirrored site on a virtual server to see if I can replicate and fix the problem. Maybe it's a problem with 1and1. tdr170
You can enable the shop long enough for someone to take a look or add their IP address to the Maintenance IP Addresses under preferences.

oompf2012
Ok got it. The geolocation by IP, caused the problem. After disabling it, the add to cart function worked as expected. (Enabling the shop also solved the problem) Hope this helps others who might experience the same problem.
