Problem with a table from DataBase

After upgrading to the lastest stable version, i added 2 new carriers,added zone, i puted 1 as default, price ranges, weight ranges, everything, but i got an error something like this :

 

An error occurred while updating object. carrier

 

Ok, i tried to modify the carriers, but i can't some problem as the below topic

After this, i deleted the carriers, directly from Database from the table ps_carrier , still getting new errors.

When i try to checkout :

Fatal error: "there is default courier"

 

In BackOffice, when i select a carrier and try to modify

 

Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /home/raoul/public_html/admincp/tabs/AdminCarriers.php on line 272

 

When i try to delete it says "successfully" but it's still there.

 

HOw i can rebuild the table ? Or to delete the Transport part, and to move on to the payment ?

To have 4 ways instead of 5
