Guest
Hi it makes sense to me. Color : Black, Disk space : 2 GB is displayed as £11.31 including tax. Also says that in the cart Shipping seems a bit steep mind - £35.88 for a single USB stick? The only setting I can find that has a bearing on the tax being displayed is BO > Payment > taxes > Display in Cart (i keep switching between the two as I can;t really decide which is best) Hope it goes well for you
thebosscv
Hi Gazzaws, Can you insert one print screen of your cart? First make sure you have the following configuration done: Under Payment --> Taxes (Scroll down to bottom and select: "Enabled tax: yes"; "Display tax in cart: yes" "Base on: Delivery Address" "use Ecotax: yes if applied else no" and then go to the Customers --> Groups (here you can create new groups or edit the default one and you will be able to define if you want the product to have tax included or excluded Regards, Theboss
thebosscv
Hi Gazzaws, To add more country tax into your prestashop site go to the Preferences --> Localization: Localization pack Import: select the countries and choose all options wished and then click on import. Please let me know if this post was useful? Regards, Theboss
nair2703
Hello 'the Boss' Thanks for that tip, I enabled the Customers --> Groups thing and now the price of the product says 121.01 Euros Tax Incl. But the irony is the fact that price incl. tax is the same as price excl. tax meaning, its just the tect of price incl. tax that has shown up, but prestashop won't calculate the tax for you! Are you guys able to get Prestashop to calculate the taxes for your products? Cheers AJ
