some confirmation mails marked as spam (Gmail)

Hi,

I get bankwire confirmation and new account confirmation mails both marked as spam in Gmail. The order confirmation mail doesn`t get marked as spam. Can someone tell me why is this happening?

Also, is it possible to remove logo from email template in BO. I removed the logo from mails .tpl files, but it still shows in my Gmail.

With all seeing Google who knows...Several of your customers may have marked those emails as spam in their GM accounts. You may be sharing a server with domains seen as suspicious by Google, or using an IP previously used by one, which makes GM particularly picky when bank account etc is mentioned in the mail content. Once you mark one of each as not spam, GM should leave them alone, in your mailbox at the least.

 

Also, is it possible to remove logo from email template in BO. I removed the logo from mails .tpl files, but it still shows in my Gmail.

BO > Tools > Translations > Email template translations > select relevant language > edit email templates as required
