Vulnerability?

Hello all,

 

We just had out PrestaShop 1.4.2.5 store "go down".

Googling came up with the "her vulnerability", and we applied herfix.

 

However, we are now getting <script> written into the top of most of the index.php files causing the page not to render. I'm assuming the script is executing as well - doing who knows what.

I'm not sure if this is related to "her" or not.

 

Has anyone seen this before?
