barrystein Posted October 13, 2011 Share Posted October 13, 2011 Just had a customer order come in where somehow one of the items ordered dropped out of the order. The order showed a payment error, because more was approved for payment than was shown in the order. I called customer and one of the items from her order was missing. The receipt from authorize.net showed all the correct items, but one of the items was missing from the prestashop order. It would be helpful if we could edit the customer order to be able to add a product. But there is no way to do this. If I could I could have just added the product that was missing.
