Hi Carl,

I modified settings.inc.php but, the error is same.

Then I tried a new, way and got it done. I uploaded the install folder to server and run it out manually. this solved the the problem and the site is live now. but this may be not a good method. Some of the backoffice settings is not working well.

really all these are working well in my localhost and upto all prestashop versions 1.4.4.0.

now I am trying anotherway. and while installing I found "PHP magic quotes option is off " is not enabled in my sever. I will be back after experimenting with this issue.

Thanks,

RAJESH KT
