Complex payment options, stiffmodulecarrier (cash+cod+bank wire)

Hi,

 

I have the following delivery+payment options:

Pick up at shop

Shipping - Cash on delivery

Shipping - Bank wire (pre-payment)

 

I can set different shipping cost for these options based on final price of the cart as I need but:

 

How do I set up Prestashop, if I want to restrict the customer at the choosing shipper and payment screens:

1. Pick up at shop - Payment: Bank wire and "simple" cash

2. Shipping: No "simple" cash payment option (only COD of course), bank wire

 

I have PS 1.4.4.1.

 

I tried to install the latest stiffmodulecarrier module (and I copied the required files into the given folders), but after installation I do no see in the modules list, and after restricting the payment options I got "No payment module installed" error message after choosing the shipper screen in the shop. And in the back office, on the Payment tab the restriction check marks of stiffmodulecarrier are empty, even after I enable the check marks and click on Save button.
