Voucher problems

Hi everyone

 

I've been experiencing this problem quite a bit and am wondering whether someone has the solution.

 

The problem goes like this:

 

When a new customer goes shopping on my web store and they have a voucher code, they are automatically brought to the voucher section.

 

However, the issue lies with returning customers. When they login as a returning customer, they are automatically brought to checkout and hence they pretty much bypass the section that allows them to enter the voucher code.

 

My question is:

Is there a way to make sure that the returning customer will be automatically brought to the section that allows them to enter the voucher code and then make the payment?
