Fotenks
It wasn't giving me a wrong password error or anything. Tried logging in several times, but it just brings me back to the login page over and over again. Even though I thought I might be entering the wrong password, I did a password reset and it still won't let me login. Anyone know the issue? Fotenks
I've tried clearing my cookies, private data, cached files, everything, and it's doing the same thing.I've tried internet explorer, google chrome, safari, and it does the same thing in those browsers as well. What the heck happened haha. I'm just about ready to reinstall it from scratch... I'm just glad my store isn't live yet, this would have been a disaster. Is there anyway to backup the database? Dave_Robilliard
My Prestashop doesn't let me log in if I have www. in the address bar, it has to read http://myurl.com/shop/admin/ not http://www.myurl.com/shop/admin/ otherwise its not a valid session I think. qasrani
In any case, you need to log in to access backoffice. Why not try to pretend you forgot your password? Then try reset option?
IncenDiary
I got the same problem now, it just aint working, a successful login redirects back to the login page, its frikkin annoying and all i was doing was trying to get my mail google apps to read successfully from mail.SITENAME.com (after updating prestashop to new version) and i cannot login AT ALL ... omg annoying...help?PS would this be related to a CNAME thing? I removed a CNAME called 'www.SITENAME.com' with value SITENAME.com (without the WWW) - this wouldnt have affected the login to my shop?
