Change Domain on Version 1.3

I had to switch my website to a new domain name, and I'm using Version 1.3.

 

The domains are both hosted on the same server.

 

I uploaded all of my files and am connecting to the same database, but my new domain is showing up blank.

I found solutions for Version 1.4 and making an update to the database through PHP MyAdmin, however, I cannot figure out a solution to make it work for 1.3.

 

I appreciate any help someone can provide in advance.
