capk1 Posted October 6, 2011 Share Posted October 6, 2011 After a customer has placed an order we receive an email notification but the email only states what the price is and doesn't indicate what product the customer actually ordered. Can anyone help us to figure out how we can receive an email notification that lists the products ordered as well as the price? phrasespot Posted October 8, 2011 Share Posted October 8, 2011 I cannot reproduce this problem but there seems to be a few reports of similar behaviour. Something is wrong somewhere but I reckon no one knows, difficult to diagnose w/o being able to replicate the issue. Try updating to latest version if not already.
