O Gato Hobby
Hi, I've got this problem with the emails sent by prestashop directly to hotmail: This message was created automatically by mail delivery software. A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed: [email protected] SMTP error from remote mail server after MAIL FROM:<[email protected]> SIZE=39043: host mx1.hotmail.com [65.55.37.72]: 550 SC-001 (COL0-MC1-F10) Unfortunately, messages from 000.00.00.0 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors. This happens with all the pretsashop emails. Order status, order confirmation, password recover process... I've already contacted my server, but they say that it takes a lot of time for microsoft to resolve this... I'm waiting for a solution since 15th september... Is there another way to solve this? Thanks in advance!
amnesiak
Hi, I`m having same problem with my gmail account, I changed previous email to new one and now this. The message says it can not deliver mail to info@#######.net which was my previous email. Did you change the mail also? EDIT: Check the mail alert module and add you mail there. MrBaseball34
This has nothing to do with Prestashop. Someone on your ISP has been reported as a spammer and they included the entire IP range in the block. Take this up with your ISP.
staranurag
If you are using cPanel just enable the Spam Assassin in mail section. Mail->Spam Assassin->enable. And your problem will be solved.
