engine411
I received my first order today! That's good.... but the order screen and the order email are absolutely empty. I have the customer's money - got the email from the credit card debit transaction. But Prestashop doesn't show the products he wants! Now what? engine411
Ok, I was able to view his cart in Customers-Carts and the payment is shown there, so I can at least send his products. But really! Why doesn't PS show the items in the order?
Mike Kranzler
Hi engine, Thank you for reporting this. I am creating a bug report to pass along to our development team. Can you please tell me what version of PrestaShop you are using? -Mike

tomerg3
Did you upgrade the shop before, or did you install 1.3.7 fresh? This is usually caused by a mismatch between the files / database, which can be cause by a bad upgrade. It would be hard to explain how to debug this if you are not a technical guy, but basically you would need to enable DB debugging (which I'm not sure was available in PS 1.3.7, if it;'s not, you'll have to manually add it). You should then see the error that the database returns when trying to populate ps_order_detail (which is the table that has the order information)
Mike Kranzler
Hi engine, If you check out the report I created for you on our Bug Tracker (http://bit.ly/qulC6N), this is likely due to an out-of-date version of your PayPal module. Please let me know if this works for you. -Mike
